PETS
Up to 2 house broken, tame dog breeds upon owner approval. Ask host about the possible pet fee (covers ionizer treatment to remove allergens). Depending on breed(s), Guest may need additional damage insurance (approximately $79) and/or have a higher refundable damage deposit.

HEATED or COOLED SWIMMING POOL
Newly Resurfaced Diving Pool can be Heated or Cooled (in the summer). Ask Host for the fee. Heat is needed October-May for a warm pool. Let us know 7+ days in advance if you want this.
