Additional Guest Fee
To help pay for extra supplies, laundry and cleaning, the additional overnight guest fee after 10 people is only $25 per person per night. If you put the correct number of overnight guests in your search, this fee will be automatically calculated. If not, plan to pay this soon after booking.

CLEANINGS
For longer stays, guest agrees to have the house professionally cleaned at least every 3 weeks, approximately $165 per cleaning. With certain pet/animal breeds, guest agrees to have home cleaned bi-weekly.
