- No Candles - No Parties/events - (2) Dogs allowed per reservation. Please bring your own crate, and dog bed for your dog. At the moment, we do not charge a pet fee, so please help clean up after your pets so we can continue to offer pets a free stay to all future guests. - Please try your best to keep dogs off of beds/furniture. Please help clean up pet danders. - Any pets other than dogs must be approved in advance. Please reach out before booking. - We do allow children. However, the property isn't childproof. We will not be responsible for them. - EXTRA GUESTS Surcharge of $30/night/per guest above 6. This is strictly enforced. Undeclared/unpaid for guests discovered after check-in will be $100/night/person. Or will be required to leave immediately upon discovery. The stay will be canceled without a refund. -NOISE LEVEL- As with all city-living properties, there is the possibility of noise from neighbors, traffic, construction. If you are sensitive to noise, please prepare to bring your own noise machine, earplugs. We will not refund for noise complaints. The outside noise is beyond our control. - PARKING - We have 2 driveways, which can fit 4 cars. However, off-street parking is available, easy to find, and free as well. - Condition of the property - Please take some time to thoroughly check out the property and report any damages within the first 4 hours of your check-in. Of course, our crew does maintenance checks at cleaning but sometimes, we miss things. By reporting some issues in the first 4 hours we can confirm the condition and free you of responsibility. - Pre-Check-Out - if you could please clear our sinks of dirty dishes. Our cleaner can take out the trash, but if there is excessive trash in the unit, please help us take out the trash. Please respect and take care of our property as if it is your own. - DO NOT SMOKE in the house. We would like to keep our Dahlia Home SMOKE-FREE for all our guests. - Please ensure you fully understand our cancelation policy, which can be found in your reservation details. Even the best-laid plans can change, and that includes trips on Airbnb. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic and the potential for travel restrictions in some states, and the unpredictability of travel interruptions, such as weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., we strongly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Our cancellation policy was created for situations such as this and can not be altered.
