I fell in love with the 30-A area years ago when my first son was born. I love the bike paths and the way the community has preserved the natural setting of the area. The beaches are amazing and rival Caribbean beaches. I enjoy the local eateries, boutiques and art galleries. My children have grown up coming here and we have created many lasting memories here. I have owned vacation rentals since 2008 and have enjoyed sharing it with others who also come back year after year. In 2018 I purchased Deja Blue at Prominence. In 2019 I purchased Seaclusion at Seagrove Highlands and completely renovated it. Then in 2021 I purchased and renovated Sea La Vie at Kiva Dunes where you have the best of both worlds: golf and the beach. I just finished building a cabin in Chinquapin near Cashiers, NC. So now my guests can enjoy vacationing in any season.
