I am American, but grew up in Japan. I used to do localization project management. I now also do database management and data design. I split my time between Sebastopol and Berkeley in California.

My son is in 8th grade now and almost as tall as me, although I'm only 5". :-)

I love yoga. I can't live without good coffee. When I have time to cook, Asian noodle or curry dishes are my favorite.

Some of my favorite music is by Brian Eno, David Bryne and Laura Veirs. I also like Vampire Weekend and Death Cab for Cutie.
