Our 3-bed home is close to everything Whistler has to offer no matter what the season, but far enough from the late night village noise for a cozy, restful stay. Enjoy the private hot tub (or common hot tub/pool), fully equipped kitchen for a home-cooked meal and plenty of room for adventure gear of all types. Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
We take a lot of pride in hosting our Whistler base camp and hope you love being in the mountains as much as we do. Cheers!
Our place is 3-bed, 2 bath townhome with three private balconies, situated in the SunPath development in Whistler Village North. Its both cozy and spacious, ready to host your next Whistler getaway.
The location couldnt be better. The bustling village is just across the street. Within youll find a grocery store, liquor store, coffee shops, post office, and any little extras you can think of to spice up our fully equipped kitchen and the home. There are many restaurants, bars and clubs as well. Our unit is just across the street from a fine dining Italian restaurant, steak house, the best pizza in town, Mexican, crêpes , Aussie Pies, burger joint... the list goes on.
Our unit is quiet at night, so when the party people stumble out of the bars you wont be bothered. Were tucked away from the noise.
The best of both worlds.
Ski rentals are also across the street along with some of the best sporting good stores.
The Olympic Rings are just across the way, with the family friendly kids zone!!
We couldnt be happier and are sure you will be happy as well.

The Whistler Tourism site is really helpful for all things transportation and they seasonally provide free shuttle bus service connecting ski lifts and public parks if your legs don't want to carry you any further from a long day on the slopes!

House Rules
We've assembled these rules to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable stay and to keep damage to our home at a minimum. Please take time to read and understand all prior to booking to avoid charges or fines.
- We are taking extra precautions to keep COVID-19 out of our home, if any guest in your group is showing symptoms or are feeling unwell, PLEASE stay home. If symptoms arise within 14 days of staying in our home you will notify us immediately for contact tracing purposes so we can notify cleaning staff, subsequent guests, etc.
- Quiet hours between 10pm and 6am, on-site security enforces this and $105 noise violations can be issued. Keep the partying to the lively Whistler bars and restaurants, not our home.
- No smoking or drug use anywhere on Sunpath property, including e-cigarettes and marijuana. If evidence of smoking is detected, a $250 fine will be charged for deep cleaning.
- No guests under 25 years old unless accompanied by a guest who is 25+.
- Bikes to be stored in the secure bike lockers in the parkade.
- Check-in is after 4PM (unless otherwise approved). Whistler cleaners are extremely busy, we want to ensure our place is cleaned thoroughly for your stay.
- Check-out is 10AM, door code deactivates so ensure your things are out before then! Please also take out all garbage and recycling to the garbage room at the parkade entrance on check-out. Please ensure all dishes are washed (by hand or dishwasher).
- As a courtesy, please remove shoes in the entryway to keep the carpets clean.
- Pets OK on pre-approval only, you must notify us before the reservation is confirmed. We will ask a one-time cleaning fee of $40 to give to our cleaners as we take extra time cleaning after pets.
- One-time cleaning fee of $170. If the place is left particularly dirty/messy, extra cleaning charges of $35 per hour will be charged back to the guest.
- Internet is not to be used for illegal purposes under Canadian law.
- In the event that anything gets damaged or broken during your stay, let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to have it fixed or replaced, both for you and the next guest. Depending on the nature of damaged or missing items, we reserve the right to charge you for repairs/replacement.
- FOB and common area key - if these keys are lost they are $200 to replace.
Lastly, this is our home that we've lovingly maintained and plan to live in one day, please enjoy it like it's your own! Payment Policy
50% will be charged at time of booking, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before the reservation date. If booking within 30 days, 100% of the payment is due at booking.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll pay 50% for all nights. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, your payment is forfeited.
