A lovely apartment - 1 bed/1 full bath in West Asheville with full kitchen and living room with a green outdoor space with the sound of birds and water. Walkable to many restaurants, cider house, cafes, breweries, and Carrier Park. Serene location, yet close to it all!
NO PETS INCLUDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES (we share the air).

In addition to the Enhanced Clean, there is an Austin Air filter in the suite, along with a UV filter in HVAC system that both remove viruses and bacteria. Hand sanitizer and soap plus paper towels are available.

You will have access to a beautifully done private basement apartment with one bedroom with QUEEN bed; a full kitchen, living room, and one full bath. The floors are a gorgeous stained concrete with 9 foot high ceilings, non-VOC paint, PVC free shower curtain, all natural Jute throw rugs. The one bedroom can be closed for privacy from the living room/kitchen.

Fully equipped FULL kitchen with microwave, stove, french press and regular ole coffee maker, toaster, and green cookware (no telfon!), pots/pans/drinking glasses/mugs organic cream, olive oil/balsamic/sea salt/pepper and a few things in fridge welcome to all.

There is also an Austin Air filter, which is one of the best kinds that also takes care of viruses and bacteria and gives the added benefit of white noise if you need. (but it is very quiet here as it is).

You have access to limited laundry (washer and dryer) in the garage which is just off your apt - you just need to coordinate times with me. There is a 32 flat screen smart TV with Netflix to stream from and other kind of channels on smart TV (not cable or antennae).

I provide you with most everything you need - including soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, cotton balls, Q tips, pens, paper, hand sanitizer etc. There is organic coffee and tea (if you need cream, please request this)!

I am chemically sensitive and have a hard time when I travel due to fragrance and harsh chemicals unnecessarily used in cleaning and am happy to offer effective safe cleaning products, like 70% alcohol spray for sanitization and non-toxic products in laundry, cleaning, bath and kitchen proven to target pathogens. I ask that you dont have heavy scents like hairsprays etc. while staying here. Essential oils are ok and some of the products I offer have essential oils in them. For totally scent free products during your stay, please just request as I have these too. But for MCS, please inquiry first with me. I also leave hand sanitizers, paper towels and alcohol spray.

This is officially a basement apt, it doesnt feel that way as the ceiling are high and you have windows with great sun. The apt is not underground. There is a nice outdoor area too.
