Waterfront One-level Home in Mystic Islands w/Dock - Little Egg Harbor Township

*CONDITIONS: Our house and its contents and property must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. *TRASH/RECYCLES: All garbage and recycles must be put in the appropriate trash cans outside the house–GREEN Recycle, BLUE Garbage. If you STAY during pickup days, you will need to bring cans to the curb and back up to the house from the curb. - Garbage must be disposed of in TRASH BAGS in the BLUE cans and be put out at the curb on SUNDAY night. - Recycles can be loose in the GREEN can and put out at the curb on MONDAY night. *KITCHEN: Refrigerator must be cleaned out BEFORE you leave and all trash must be disposed of throughout the house and yard. ALL dishes, utensils, pots, etc., used during your stay need to be left washed, cleaned and put away. *COOKING SUPPLIES: We have stocked the house with several seasonings and ask that you replace any that you finish using during your stay. *STOVE/OVEN: When using FRYING PANS on stove, please use SPLATTER COVERS that are located in the bottom drawer to the left of the stove. When using the OVEN, please use disposable aluminum pans. *NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind is permitted in the house OR at the property. *PARTIES: You are welcome to have day guests at the house, but large open or invitation parties are NOT permitted. *BIKES, BEACH/SWIM GEAR, WATER TOYS/FLOATS, YARD GAMES: You are welcome to use any bikes, games, beach gear, etc., located in the shed during your stay, but you are RESPONSIBLE to ensure their SAFE RETURN to us in the same condition. - ALL contents of the shed must be stored in there during your stay and not left out in the open. - BIKES do not have locks so you CANNOT leave these unattended anywhere or you will be held responsible for replacement. This includes any other contents in the shed–a list of contents for your use will be provided upon your arrival. *FIRE PIT: If using the fire pit, you are responsible to ensure its' safe use and that all flames, embers are NOT present prior to your leaving our home at any time. There is a large metal container in the yard where ashes should be disposed of before your departure. *HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES: At the end of your stay if any household supplies have been depleted, please be sure to make us aware of this by messaging us upon your departure so we can ensure our next guests will have what's needed as well. PETS: under 15 lbs. are allowed for an additional fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Longer stays may incur an additional fee. If any of the above rules are not followed and there are damages and/or missing contents, or our home is found to be in need of excessive cleaning (inside or out), an additional cleaning fee and/or security deposit will be charged.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
