We provide a starter supply of detergent pods, toilet paper, and dish soap/pods for your stay

A Primo water dispenser is provided for drinking if desired. We do have well water however the water is filtered and softened prior to coming from the tap.

When using hot tub, please shower before hopping in to remove lotions, oils and makeup.

*Please nothing in hot tub other than plastic cups for drinks and please no dirty feet*

Do not park to the left of the driveway on the grass, the septic line is located under the yard and can be crushed with vehicle weight. The repair cost is thousands of dollars. Please park on the driveway

Smart TV is provided in living room with remote

You can log into your streaming services if you'd like

We provide Direct TV to stream cable channels!

Please place dishes in dishwasher if you can and take out trash to bin if the can is overflowing before check out, thank you!

Towels can go in washer if able, no need to start the washer though!

(Sheets and blankets can stay on bed, we will strip blankets once you leave)

Also please turn off hot tub jets before leaving with the cover on along with locking the doors.

Rules

Booking guest need to be 21 or older.

No smoking indoors. There is an ash tray outside on the front porch for smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the front porch

Guest are not permitted in the basement, garage or outbuilding.

Do not unplug WiFi or router

No glitter bombs.

*Absolutely no soap, bath bombs or glassware in the hot tub. You must rinse before going into the hot tub (free of lotion/makeup/soaps, etc.). If the hot tub is mistreated-resulting in cloudy/dirty water, you will be charged a$100 fee for a drain/refill and new chemical balance/filter. *

No parties or events.

No more than 6 people in the house. Our septic tank cannot support large groups.
We have a sensitive septic tank with an overfill alarm, only toilet paper should be flushed down toilet. No feminine products, trash, flushable wipes, paper towels, hair, etc.

-Furry friend instructions- (dog friendly only- no other pets allowed) $50 Pet Fee per Dog, max of 2

Please use the poop bags provided for the dogs and place in green trash can outside. All dog poop must be picked up before departure

Dogs are not allowed on furniture! This includes chairs, beds, couches, or any other item. There will be a $50.00 charge if excessive fur is found on furniture.

There is a vacuum and broom in the closet just off of the living room.

Our floors are vinyl and they are slippery for dogs, so just keep an eye on them, I've heard horror stories of dogs doing the splits on slippery flooring!

Our yard is fairly large and there's plenty of room to play! Please leash your furry friend if utilizing the trail (the trail is pet friendly!)

Dogs must be treated for fleas, house trained, spayed/neutered and up to date on shots!

Please do not leave your furry friend home alone during your stay! Many places have dog friendly patios!

No more than 2 dogs a booking. (A $50 fee per dog)
