Villetta Mazzini is located in a strategic position, opposite the lakefront of Peschiera del Garda and two minutes walk from the town centre. It is ideal for those who want to spend a totally relaxing holiday without having to use a car: supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the ferry terminal are within walking distance. The Lido Cappuccini beach is only 700 metres away, and if you have your four-legged friend with you, you can walk for about 3 km and access the Braccobaldo Beach, an absolutely dog-friendly beach that can also be reached by car.

There is a private garden with open-air seating for carefree relaxation after a day out and central heating as well as air-conditioning to enjoy pleasant year-round stays on Lake Garda. Inside, the house offers a fully furnished and welcoming living room with direct access to the terrace and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you would need for a carefree self-catering stay: a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Nespresso machine are available. Smart TV and free WiFi are also available for added fun and convenience.

The holiday house has 3 cosy and modern double bedrooms with a wardrobe. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.
Extra: The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a double bed to sleep 2 guests in comfort.

A charge of €8/day for air conditioning is to be paid from 01.05.2023 till 01.10.2023.
A charge of €10/day for heating is to be paid from 22.02.2023 till 30.04.2023 and from 01.10.2023 till 06.01.2024.


Location

Conveniently located on the lakeshore, the holiday house offers excellent access to resort amenities like a restaurant, supermarket and the ferry terminal within 10 minutes walking distance. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a cycling park within walking distance and the Lido Cappuccini can also be easily reached on foot.

Guests can easily reach the famous Gardaland, the Caneva Movieland, Le Ninfee Waterpark, the Braccobaldo beach and the golf club within a 10-20 minute drive from here. The lakeshore town of Sirmione, with its Grotte di Catullo and Castello Scaligero, is about a 15-minute drive from the holiday apartment. However, for those who want to enjoy the party scene on Lake Garda, Desenzano del Garda’s (20-minute drive) nightlife and its several bars, pubs and clubs, won’t disappoint you! From Desenzano’s main harbour, you can also effortlessly ferry yourself to the other touristy towns of Lake Garda. The nearest airports to this vacation rental in Peschiera del Garda are Verona Villafranca (21 minutes by car) and Milan Bergamo (62 minutes).
