Nestled close to the golden stretch of Donnalucata, this modern holiday villa with a soothing pink facade offers a tranquil and fun stay in Sicily. In the massive 5000-square-metres plot of the property, there is a lush garden with a combination of shadowed and sunny areas to unwind at your leisure and according to your preference. Plus, there is a lovely pool area with sun loungers and a poolside chill-out area with a canopy to splash about in the water or relax under the sun. Other than that, guests can also enjoy moments of solitude on the large terrace with an alfresco seating area or they can dine with BBQ in the open-air backyard loggia!

Inside, the 3-bedroom villa easily accommodates up to 6 guests and features a super cosy yet modern living area with an SAT-TV, ample seating, rustic dining and direct access to the fully-equipped kitchen as well as the garden area. In the kitchen, guests can whip up effortless homemade food as all essential appliances: from a dishwasher, and fridge to microwave and oven are at guests’ disposal.

Sleeping

There are three warm and welcoming bedrooms in the villa, each featuring a double bed, a characteristic exposed beam ceiling and a wardrobe for storage.

Bathroom

There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the villa. Two with a shower and one with a bath. All of them have a WC and bidet. One of the bathrooms is a service bathroom in the garage area on the ground floor.

Extra Charges

A town tax is to be paid on the spot at € 1/Person/Day for the first 10 days, with the exemption for guests below the age of 12.
If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot based on consumption.
A Refundable Security Deposit of €300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at the time of check-in.

Please note: Check-in time is from 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is from 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.

Location

The holiday villa is the perfect destination for those who want to unwind in sweet solitude and also enjoy the clear waters of Donnalucata beach, which are just a 10-minutes drive from here. This area also has all kinds of shops and supermarkets for anything you might need for a carefree self-catering stay.

The Ragusa area is famed for its impressive churches, buildings and palazzos that feature the distinct Sicilian Baroque architecture and is part of Val di Noto UNESCO World Heritage Site. At just a 10-minute drive is “The Baroque Pearl of Sicily” called Scicli, where intricate facades of San Bartholomeo, San Matteo and Chiesa di Santa Maria La Nova await exploration and admiration. Here, guests can also wander in the honey-cream-coloured streets and really enjoy a relaxed pace of life in an exquisite location overlooking a gorge.

Other pearls of Ragusa, like Ragusa Ibla and Modica, are also just a 10-minute drive from here. Meanwhile, for Noto and Vendicari Nature Reserve, it takes about an hour’s drive to reach the famous tourist attractions. Beyond history, guests can also enjoy golf in the nearby Donnafugata, which is located a 40-minute drive away. The nearest airport is Catania Airport, approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes drive! Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally.
