This beautiful property is nestled in the heart of Cape Coral. Villa Florida Flair is a simple yet comfortable property equipped with all the basics needed during your stay. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, and more. The master bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable king-size bed. We especially took care of cozy mattresses that give you a relaxed sleep after an exciting day. The master bathroom is equipped with granite countertops and a roomy, tiled bathroom shower.

Spend the day relaxing in the heated pool, doesnt matter the weather, you can swim in it year-round, and then head out for a delicious dinner later that night.

Villa Florida Flair is situated in a quiet neighborhood but is within a short distance of many great restaurants. Head on over to the bowling alley or cinema center after dinner - theyre all nearby. If youre more interested in cooking at home, check out the local grocery store, only five minutes away. You can eat in the large dining room that includes seating for six or grill some steaks outside on the airy lanai. Spend the rest of your evening relaxing with family and watching some TV.

A getaway isnt complete without a bit of shopping. If youre interested in some shopping then just take a short minute ride and youll be sure to come across something you like. The Edison Shopping Mall is just a twelve-minute drive away and is one of the only enclosed malls in Southwest Florida.

The kids will love the Sun Splash Waterpark. It takes only 10 minutes to get to Southwest Floridas largest waterpark. It includes waterslides, a lazy river, and even a section for younger kids. Its definitely a place the whole family will enjoy.

Dont forget to get the sand toys and umbrella to hit the beach! Fort Myers Beach is only a short 30-minute drive away. Here, youll be able to relax in the beautiful waters or search for seashells along the coast. Head on down to the fishing pier and try your luck catching a bite. Whether youre looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation or a get-together with the whole family, your stay at Villa Florida Flair will be nothing short of spectacular.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.
