Union Street Château- Close to NYC & Downtown JC! - Jersey City

To book this unit you must be the age of 21 and older. IDs must be provided before your check-in date (IDs will not be accepted on the day of your check-in). The guest must inform the host how many guests will be staying in the unit. Unregistered guests and overnight guests are not permitted and are subject to an additional fee. (At this time: I do not accept local NJ residents to book this unit and do not accept third-party booking.)

There is no smoking in this unit. If any guests smoke in the unit, there will be a fee of $200. Children can’t be left unattended in the unit at any time for safety reasons.

Once you check-in, please take your time to read over our guest’s book which provides some information regarding the property and if you plan to travel and do activities in NYC or NJ. Virtual guest’s book will be provided as well.

As energy costs are rising in Jersey City, I kindly ask you and your guests to please turn off all the lights when you and your guests leave and always close and lock both doors at all times. Please respect our fellow neighbors by not playing loud music and being loud. Unable to follow the house rules, your reservation will be canceled immediately.

At this time, guests will have access to the backyard. (The backyard is a shared space with the homeowner's household) The hours to use the yard is from 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST. Please watch your child/ren when using the yard due to the steps. Please smoke outside and properly dispose of any cigarette butts for safety reasons. If you plan to use the yard please take off your shoes before entering back to the apartment to avoid the dirt entering and dirtying the bedroom rug. Please clean up after yourself after using the backyard. If any food is left behind it will attract New Jersey wildlife. (Please note: backyard will not be accessible during winter seasons. You can only use the yard if you are going to smoke)

In order to maintain the integrity of our space and prevent any accidental damage, we kindly request that guests refrain from moving furniture during their stay. If you require any adjustments or have concerns regarding the layout, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Street parking is free and available right near the property, it is the guest's responsibility to pay attention to the street’s parking regulations signs to avoid any city fines.

Lastly, we have plug-in fragrances in the apartment. If you have allergies or are sensitive to the plug-in fragrances, please let me know in advance so I can remove them for you before your arrival.
