We have recently remodeled the condo and it is beautiful with awesome direct views of the ocean and beach. All the appliances are newer and there are granite counters in the kitchen. NEW hardwood floors in both bedrooms! We spend time there when its not rented, so we have beach towels, cooler, videos, books, games, etc. to make you feel more at home. We just updated the linens, bath and bedding in the both suites (including 800 thread count sheets!) NEW pillow top king bed and we just added a 45 Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 NEW pillow top queen beds and a flat screen TV plus DVD/VCR/TV. The oversized Family Room has a brand NEW sectional plus a new full size sofa bed, DVD/VCR/TV and we just added a 55 Flat Screen TV. There is also free WIFI at the beach condo. If you need secure, high speed internet, that is available for an additional $20 (monthly stays will be more)

The Pelican has just undergone concrete restoration and all Sliders have been replace to Impact Resistant glass and there is new landscaping street side and pool side!
