The Floridian sits on a full acre with wide, open areas to explore and grand pockets to discover. You’ll never run out of things to do. Enjoy a rousing round of ping-pong or foosball in the outdoor game room below the house. For a quick cooling or rinsing off, step under the outdoor shower to enjoy the gentle, rain-like stream of water. If your ideal vacation demands a little less recreation and a lot more relaxation, sink into the welcoming hammock for an afternoon of swaying sleep or rejuvenate with a soak in the hot tub. Sip your morning coffee or your evening cocktail on the second-level deck, with a peek-a-boo view of the bay and the delightful sounds of the ocean. Enjoy the wholesome fun of an afternoon barbecue in the charming picnic area, complete with a roomy picnic table. In the evening, gather everyone around the stone firepit for campfire songs, stories, and s’mores.
Clean your catch of the day at the fish cleaning station, conveniently placed next to the boat parking area.

Upon entering the house, you will find yourself on the main sleeping level. You also have use of a full bathroom on this level as well as a stacked washer/dryer.

The top-level greets you with a fresh, open floor plan living area with a comfy, coastal sofa and chairs. It’s instant relaxation. Sink into the seating of your choice and watch a movie on the smart TV. In the cooler months, or on those chilly late-summer evenings, enjoy the cozy warmth of an electric fireplace. And remember, in old Florida, the stars are big and bright. Feel free to take the telescope out to the wrapping deck and map out the stars.

The shabby-chic, coastal dining room table comfortably seats four for dinner and board games, which are stowed in the fireplace cabinet. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, it has a portable dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, charming nautical dishes, mugs, and tall glasses perfect for sipping some refreshing Florida sweet tea.
