New furniture and floors Nov 2019 on this 2 bedroom 2 .5 bathroom unit. No sharing an upstairs bathroom like in most of the similar units in the community - Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Downstairs you have a beautifully updated kitchen with white cabinets and appliances that is fully stocked and ready for meal preparation on the beautiful granite counters. Table seating for 4 people. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Powder room downstairs. Upstairs you have a Master Bedroom with King sized bed, private bath and access to the 2nd floor balcony. Second bedroom has a nice bunk bed with a pull out trundle for more sleeping space. A also has its own bath and shower.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in Panama City Beach doesnt lack any amenities! We have 11 pools with 4 of them heated, 18 hole mini golf (complimentary), Tennis courts, shuffle board and onsite security. We include Private Wi-Fi only for our guests. This wireless is dedicated only for our rental guest! We also have HD TV in the family room. This two bedroom two and one half bath Gulf Highlands Beach Resort townhome is located in a quiet, secure, gated community. Parking for two right outside your door.
