Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 3- bathroom home with enough space to host you and any extended family during your vacation! Close to Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens.

This meticulously designed and spacious property offers an ideal retreat for families or groups looking to explore the vibrant city while enjoying a comfortable and private stay. (We do leave 2 additional twin mattresses upon request. *There is no frame for these beds, they are there so larger stays that someone may need them for 1-2 over night guests as just an extra amenity if needed as we dont include them when considering rent price*)

Just added an outside bar area with many lights, a pool table that doubles as a ping pong table, hand made wooden/cinder block bench for seating and turf flooring so you can comfortably enjoy the outside amenities. We also leave corn hole as an additional game for people to use and a Yeti cooler that youre more than welcome to take to the beach!

Upon entering the main house, youll be greeted by a beautifully furnished living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen, where youll find modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals.

The main house features three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to create an inviting atmosphere. With three bathrooms, theres no need to worry about morning rushes or sharing facilities. There is also a second living room with enclosing doors and an additional tv loaded with Netflix for yous to enjoy.

Off the kitchen there is an office space with a couch and big sliding glass doors that allows you to go in and out from the patio, enjoying the fresh air when needed. The master bedroom also has an enclosed office space incase you are traveling while working and need a place to quietly get work done.

Located just a short 12-minute drive from Busch Gardens, our home offers easy access to all the excitement the theme park has to offer. After a day of thrilling rides and entertainment, return to the peaceful neighborhood and enjoy your own private space.

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer

We have a ton of parking space that can fit 5-6 normal size cars.

There is a truck that is parked in the second driveway. It is the owners for him to use when he travels back into town but this is not a shared space and you can park in either of the driveways where it is paved. He is not there during your stay. Please do not park in the street. Thank you!

Please be aware that we are careful with pest control issues but a critter or insect may appear at times. We do have a contract with a professional pest control company. However please understand we share this world with them and they don’t understand they belong outside! Knowing this, please keep all doors shut as much as possible, bag and tie all trash so it is not left out over night to attract any critters. Tied garbage can be left in the trash bins out front. (If you are staying on trash day, we may ask and will appreciate you bringing the trash to the curb.) Thank you!

Please DO NOT toss any loose or open trash into the garbage bins. This gets really hard to deal with here in Florida and trash only comes once a week. We do not want you or the next guests having to deal with this during your stay. Garbage goes out on Sunday and gets picked up on Monday. If you happen to be staying at this time, we please ask you to bring your garbage to the curb.

Any tampering with the security system, will give us the right to cancel.
