Please understand and be notified that we cannot assume any responsibility for your child(ren). Use high chair, stroller, roll away crib, and small potty at your own risk. Please exercise caution to secure the safety of your children at all times. Absolutely no children can be on the pool deck unattended. You must attentively watch children in and around the pool area. Additionally, the pool screen must be kept in place at all times when the pool is not in use and no adult is present. No glassware may be brought onto the pool deck – for indoor use only. No parties or events. No pets. No open flames are allowed on the property (smoking, candles, grilling, etc.). No illegal activities. No bones or shells in the garbage disposal. Do not flush any feminine hygiene products or “flushable” wipes. Small trash cans provided in each bathroom. Please keep music at an acceptable volume around the pool. Please do not put shoes or luggage on the beds. There is a luggage rack in all of the adult rooms. Please empty the trash and recycling before you leave. The bins are on the south side of the house behind the fence near the garage. Recycling is the yellow lid and trash is the black lid. Both the recycle bin and trash bin need to be taken to the curb on Wednesday night and returned Thursday after pickup. It is fine to leave leftover items in the kitchen that may be useful for the next guest such as coffee filters, dish detergent, paper goods, condiments, spices, etc. No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
