Welcome to Sunset Cove A PRIVATE 3 Acre Luxury Lakefront Estate perfect for larger groups and families that want to be away from the crowds but with access to all the Smokies have to offer. Enjoy a day on the water on our private dock or at the Pigeon Forge attractions and unwind in the evening in the hot tub with beautiful Sunsets over the lake and mountain views. ~4000 sqft home on over 3 acres without a neighbor in site. Another ~2500 sqft of decks ideal for creating unforgettable memories playing, relaxing and eating while overlooking your own private dock and beautiful lakefront! Cant see a neighbor on either side of the house. Big BBQ grill and Big outdoor table for cookouts! Lounge or take a nap on 2 hanging day beds while reading a book. After a long day on the water come back to soak in the 10 person hot tub!

Entertainment Galore: Arcade games, Air Hockey, Ping-pong, Foosball, 2 fire-pits for roasting smores, TV with gaming system, family friendly board games, puzzles and more.

Pet Friendly: We know that your furry friend is a part of the family, which is why our lodge is pet-friendly. Youll find a convenient dog door and access to a fenced-in grass area and dog kennel in the basement. (Please note that there is a pet fee to account for additional cleaning).

Our home is ideally located far enough to be away from the crowds but near 40 and Exit407-Sevierville, leaving a short drive to all the attractions of the smokies (Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge) . But with all the amenities available, you may not want to leave!

Paddleboards and kayaks and other various boats and jet skis are available to rent at H2O Water sports located close to the house. Just down the street from home.

Important Notes:
It is a lovely walk down a winding path, for some this is a long walk (see pictures) so some choose to bring or rent an Atv/UTV/Golf cart to make it quick and easy to get down to the lake (easily rentable from Good Ole Boys nearby they drop off at the house)

Lake does lower in the Winter months, it varies due to precipitation and according to the TVA controls. Our dock is floating typically by March with water our cove (earlier than many). However this is TVA controlled and we cannot make promises on water levels.
