* Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. * Early check-in or late check-out may be requested and subject to availability. * Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. * Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas and guests found smoking will be charged a cleaning fee of £500. * Pets are not allowed on the property. * Guests are responsible for damages to the room or common areas. * The company reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations for fraudulent or inappropriate activity or errors. * Quiet hours are from 21:00 PM to 7:00 AM, guests must be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. * The company reserves the right to deny service for violations of terms and conditions. * Guests must maintain the room and its equipment clean and orderly and will be charged for losses or damages. * Guests must notify the company of any additional visitors and may be subject to fees or charges and evictions. Check-out: * Vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM and late check-out may be requested with a fee of £25 if the keys are not returned by 10:30 AM. * Leave the apartment clean and tidy, with rubbish thrown away, dishes cleared and cleaned, lights and heating turned off, and doors locked. * Remove all personal belongings, any left will be discarded, and damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. * Return the keys to Key Nest Premier Store and will be charged for key loss equal to the night rate for each day. * Leave the car permit in the house or face a charge of £200 for taking it away.
