No parking on the grass on very wet days. Unload from the path and then park at the start of this lane, by the office or up by the clubhouse or road outside. No reversing out of one way system, please use the turning area at the end of the row. No liquids or wet foods in bedrooms. If quilts, pillows, mattresses or mattress covers and pillow covers require laundry then extra cleaning costs will be required. This may be taken from the deposit. Essentials are not supplied. Quilts and pillows are available but not sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, towels, soap, shampoo and toilet rolls. If bed linen and towels are required, please let me know as they can be hired at an extra cost; £15 per person per stay. Please indicate this after booking. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please use the fan/light switch or open the window after showering; do make use of the dehumidifier and only throw toilet tissue down the toilet bowl.
