Booking guest must provide government ID within 48 hours of booking, no different then as required when booking a hotel.

1 or 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed.
No Pets Allowed on furniture.
Do not leave dogs unattended (must go with you or be crated).

Please include pet in your reservation.
No cats allowed due to allergies.

Dog must be on tick/flea prevention medication.

Check-in starts at 3pm. Access code is not active before then. Early check in may not be available due to cleaning schedules.

Check-out is at 10am. Please respect check out time to allow us time to clean and prepare for the next guest. Thank you. Late checkout fee will apply.

If you hold the property for more than the scheduled check out time (10 am), you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you position for the additional day. This is just a penalty for holding possession beyond when you were supposed to because you could negatively affect a future reservation and cleaning of the apartment. The additional day is the base rate with no discounts.

No Smoking or illegal substances. It leaves the home in a condition that is unsuitable for the next guest. It costs money to fix if you do. $250 Penalty Fee.

If any non following of house rules leads to us having to refund or discount the next guest. You are responsible for paying that.

We spray the house for bugs regularly, however, certain bugs are common. Please do not leave windows or doors open. Thank you
