*No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vape, etc.) is allowed inside the house. *Smokers are responsible for depositing cigarette butts in the provided outdoor receptacles. You will be subject to an additional $200 per occurrence if our cleaning staff has to pick up cigarette butts. *No parties of any kind. *Quiet time is between 10:00pm-7:00am. *No wet towels or clothing on the furniture. *Only flush toilet paper and waste down the toilets. *No solid food or waste is allowed down the kitchen sink drain as there is NO garbage disposal. *There is an exterior camera located at the bathhouse. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
