Calabay Gold Villa is always very clean with all hard surfaces disinfected. All high touch surfaces, cabinet handles, remotes, doorknobs, light switches, etc. are disinfected.

Calabay Gold is in the private, prestigious, secure and mature community of Calabay Parc, 15 minutes from Disney, close to all major highways, restaurants and shopping. The Villa is in a secure community and is monitored 24/7 with 23 video cameras located throughout the complex for your added security.

The house is perfect for guests up to 6 adults and 4 children. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard you will not be disappointed with our home. Our Villa utilizes self check-in using a keypad on the front door, so you are able to check-in without hassle.

The villa also has free Wi-Fi Internet access and 6 smart tvs.

The large pool and one of the largest pool decks in Calabay Parc will provide you lots of time in the sun, and also has a large overhang where you can enjoy a nice meal after a day of fun. The pool features a pool light and the pool lanai is strung with lights for enjoyment after dark. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30/night.

The Villa has no rear neighbours and provides a great outlook onto private grass which is boarded by a high wall for added privacy. With the completely screened pool youll get plenty of sunshine all day long. Enjoy some time out of the sun sipping cool beverages at the patio table under the spacious covered lanai area with ceiling fan. With easy access to area attractions and shopping...… 2 mins to Publix, 10 mins to Walmart.

We are able to accommodate an additional infant in a pack and play and a small child on an air mattress.

Getting around

The villa is only approx 15 minutes to Disney, approx 19 mins to Seaworld and 23mins to Universal Studios. Very close to shopping centres, and grocery stores. The Villa is about 5 minutes drive from the main Interstate which provides quick and easy access to the many attractions that central Florida provides. Busch Gardens is also about 45 minutes from the Villa. The space coast at Cape Canaveral and Coco beach is also within easy reach of the Villa.

Payment Policy

In order to confirm your stay, 50% of the total cost must be paid. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. If the booking is within 30 days of arrival then the full balance is payable.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Upon booking, 50% of the fee is required as a deposit. The remaining balance of 50% is required 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the full fee is required at the same time.

Pool heat is an optional amenity. Pool heat can be added to a reservation for a $30/nightly rate for the entirety of the stay. Once pool heat is requested by the guest the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to a guest check-in date and will run from approximately 8 AM to 5PM for the dates that have been paid for. Pool heaters will warm the pool to between 70 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit when operating optimally. Electric heating pumps, while still operating, are not as effective during cold weather days when the outside ambient temperature drops below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
