Ice cold central air throughout.
The lanai is air conditioned, has a queen size futon, 2 couches , chairs, tons of space and a 50 inch smart tv. You can control the lights from your phone!

The inground pool is very large and screened in to keep the bugs out. It’s decorated with palm trees, tables chairs and also has an outdoor shower, and a half bathroom! There is a grill, and there are tons of floats, tubes, rafts and pool toys.

The garage is also oversized and has a washer&dryer, extra dining room table&chairs, as well as the half bathroom, beach toys, chairs, coolers, umbrella, etc.

The kitchen is a large galley style, equipped with a Keurig, fully loaded coffee bar, microwave, fridge with ice and water, stove and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully loaded with condiments, spices, cooking oil, brand new cutlery and utensils (service for 16+) cutting board pots pans you name it, it’s there! The dining room table seats 6, and there is an extra dining room table and 4 chairs in the garage.

Full access to entire house, except for attic and shed.
