This spectacular one level, ground access condo is located in the lovely Pine Ridge neighborhood on the beach side of the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. The unit is on the beach side of the resort and includes access to the emerald waters and sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast.

Welcome to your open and spacious condo. This vacation comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and dining area that open up to the living area. From the living area you can walk out to the large balcony that offers extra seating and dining as you overlook the golf course.
In the master bedroom you will find a king bed, large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, and balcony access. The en-suite master bath includes a double vanity sink as well as separate shower and tub. Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen bed, flat screen tv, large closet and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds 2 full size beds, large closet, and flat screen tv. The third bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. This condo also has the convenience of home with a large in walk-in laundry room that includes a full size washer and dryer and extra storage space.
From the laundry room you can access the garage where you will find your 4 seater golf cart that is included with your stay!

Enjoy your oversized balcony and the astonishing view of the 15th hole of the Baytowne golf course. The balcony is set up with tables and chairs for outdoor relaxing and dining. Unwind and watch the golfers hit (and sometimes miss) their shots.
