NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND. There is a security camera on-site allowing for verification of numbers of guests in your group. Violation of numbers of guests will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. Tampering with camera will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 fee.

@PineLakeLodgeMN runs on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. Because the cabin runs on septic and has a well, you must NOT park on the grass; ONLY park on the designated gravel areas in front of the cabin or in front of the garage.

No smoking inside the cabin
Check-in is anytime after 3pm
Check out by 10am

Please be respectful of the cabin and do not track mud, dirt or sand in from your shoes. It is preferrable if you take your shoes off in the entryway. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO SMOKING IN THE CABIN AT ALL
No excessive guests
No mailing packages to the cabin
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10pm per county ordnance. If complaints are made and the county places a fine on the cabin, you will be responsible for the fine cost plus a $100 processing fee. Violations of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and loss of your security deposit.
Use of provided boats is at renters discretion / own risk
Use of bunk bed is at renters discretion / own risk
There is no life guard on duty on Pine Lake; recreational use of lake (swimming, boating) is at renters discretion / own risk

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING: Held against security deposit and claim will be charged to your method of payment.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel
**Smoking in the cabin: $350
**Late checkout past 10am: $100 without consent
**Excessive Guests not on reservation: $50 per guest per day
**Excessive cleaning if cabin is left filthy with trash, dirt or household items left everywhere: $200
**Failure to pick up after your pet is a $175 fee

You must also acknowledge:
Amenity limitations - this is a rural cabin with limited amenities, and while we do our best to accommodate and have as much as possible for you to make your stay a pleasant experience, we cannot foresee every possible scenario that may arise or require additional attention. If you need anything at all, or are unhappy with an aspect of your stay, please give us the opportunity to make it right for you.
Potential for noise from road or chickens on nearby property
