**Access Note:** Please be aware that there are stairs leading to the main entrance of the home. However, only one guest needs to use the stairs to access the property initially. After that, all other guests can enter the home through the garage, which is stair-free.

We ask that all guests adhere to the Golden Rule of vacation rentals: **No unregistered guests or visitors**. Only individuals listed on the booking agreement, whether staying overnight or visiting during the day, are allowed on the property. This includes anyone you may consider inviting for dinner, an overnight stay, or a daytime visit. Our rental is designed for registered guests to enjoy a comfortable stay and is not intended to be a central gathering place for in-town friends or family. Thank you for your understanding!
**Booking Requirements**
To meet local legal requirements, the primary guest booking and staying must be at least 27 years old and agrees to complete the Short-Term Rental Agreement (STRA) provided by the host. Per city ordinance 4-9-6(G), this includes providing your government-issued photo ID, name, complete address, and the names and ages of all invitees, including children and babies. Alternatively, you may also be required to verify your ID information through a secure portal. This is solely for screening purposes. Additionally a refundable deposit of $400 is required.
By reserving, you agree to provide the required information before check-in. Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete.
**Vehicle Information**
Please note that only four vehicles are allowed on the property. Before check-in, kindly provide vehicle details, including make/model, driver and color.
**Pet Policy**
We welcome one dog per stay (sorry, no cats). Please let us know in advance if youre bringing a pet or service animal. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies.

Unreported or excess pets: $300 per pet, per day
Unregistered guests or visitors: $350 per unregistered guest, per day
Smoking odors, evidence of smoking (inside or out), ash, or butts: $300 per incident, per day, or the professional cleaning fee, whichever is greater
Tampering with cameras or camera equipment: $300 per incident
