A full kitchen with appliances, living room with sleeper sofa, cable TV and high speed internet make this an escape for work or play. And when you’re ready to venture out, private building beach access is just steps away from your door.

This recently updated two-bedroom beachfront condo includes a full kitchen with range, refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser), dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has an attached full bathroom and another full bathroom in the hall. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 3 chairs for relaxing and sliding door access to the deck with a great view of the beach. There are 3 ROKU smart TV’s all with cable, free high-speed Wi-Fi and easy connection instructions. We offer free parking for 2 vehicles and keyless access with your personal code. We have arranged for professionally cleaned linens and towels to be delivered before your arrival. The community features BBQ grilling areas, laundry facility and more for your enjoyment. Several dining locations, fishing pier and other area beaches are just minutes away.

Bedroom 1 – Queen bed that sleeps 2, AC, wall mounted TV with cable, dresser and closet for storage and attached bathroom with shower. Bedroom has sliding doors with deck access and a view of the ocean

Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed with Queen Mattress on both the upper and lower bunks, AC, TV with cable, as well as a dresser and closet for storage. Full bathroom in Hallway with tub/shower.
**All beds including sleeper sofa are memory foam mattresses.

Living room – AC, TV with cable, Sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, 3 chairs and sliding doors with deck access and a view of the ocean.

Kitchen – Full kitchen with Range, Microwave, Fridge with water dispenser and ice maker and dishwasher. Plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans all included!

Guests have access to picnic areas, charcoal grills and high-speed internet/cable as well as pay per use laundry facilities.

Located on the north end of Topsail Island and right on the ocean.

Beach Access- Direct Beach Access is located just steps from our front door. Beach replenishment project has added new beach for the 2023 season! There are sandbags in place to help prevent beach erosion, please stay off of them as it is a city ordinance and is taken seriously.

Pets- Unfortunately, no pets of any kind are allowed. This is an HOA policy. Condo owners may have pets, so that is why you may see some onsite. Owner pets must be registered, so no guest pets are allowed.

Parking- Free parking for up to 2 cars. Please let us know if your party will have more than 2 cars at any time.

Basic essentials - We will provide at least one roll of paper towels, toilet paper (per bathroom) hand soap and dish soap/dishwasher tablets, but based on the length of your stay you may want to bring additional. We also have shampoo and bodywash dispensers in each bathroom for your convenience.

Linens- We have arranged to have linens/towels delivered prior to your arrival. If you need beach towels or other items please let us know and they can be delivered as well for an additional fee.

Laundry- There is a credit card operated laundry center just a short walk to the next building.

Food/Grocery delivery- There is pizza delivery to our community as well as grocery delivery through Instacart.
