More information by the provider: The cozy 2-room apartment is located in a residential and commercial building in the village center (sports store Troxler and Bikeshop Sputnik on the first floor), 3 minutes walk from Lenk train station. Shopping facilities, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. The ski bus is also just around the corner (at the station), but in about 10 minutes you can also walk to the Betelberg cable cars. The apartment is on the top floor and faces south (Wildstrubel) and east (Bühlberg), i.e. not directly towards Oberriedstrasse. The kitchen is open and has a glass ceramic stove, granite top, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and steam extractor. It is equipped with the necessary household utensils including filter coffee maker and Italian espresso pot. If needed, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room in the basement. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom (180x200cm), there are two more full size beds (90x200 each) in the freshly finished attic. However, this room is not a full-fledged room, but only a kind of bunk because of the low ceiling height. At least, this has a small window and can be closed with a sliding door. Children will love this alcove. Adults prefer to pull the extra bed partly out into the living room to avoid hitting their heads unnecessarily. There is also a comfortable sofa, a TV with satellite reception and a DVD player. Internet access is guaranteed via a WLAN connection that can be switched on and off. Both the separate bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and the living room have a small balcony with a view of the Wildstrubel. The bathroom has a shower. In winter, ski equipment can be deposited on the first floor by the main entrance. One pet is allowed, a cot for a dog is available. Due to its central location, noise from the nearby Hirschen disco and Tipi bar can sometimes be expected during the winter months on weekends. The apartment is ideal for two people, but also suitable for four people, especially families. For four adults, the space is rather tight.

The car must be parked in a public car park. In summer the public parking spaces are free of charge, but in winter there is a charge. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.

The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
