Pets are allowed at a maximum of 2 dogs under 30 pounds must housebroken for an addition charge. No aggressive breeds. Dogs must stay in our large crate (we provide) when left alone in the house. Couch and chair covers need to remain over furniture to prevent allergies to other guests. Dogs cannot be on the couches, beds, furniture or pool and spa. Please clean up after your dogs or you will be accessed an additional cleaning fee of $240. You will incur the cost to replace any damaged items or cost to repair damage to the house, pool, cage or landscaping.

We want everyone to enjoy our property, but also want to highlight we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. Anyone breaking this rule will be evicted immediately without refund and are subject to a $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud & disturbing music outside. We allow 5 cars maximum in the driveway, no yard or street parking.

Please be sure to keep any music/noise at a reasonable level. We want to respect our neighbors

Quiet time is 10pm. No indoor smoking. Everyone in the booking must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
