General Info: • Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. Hot tub is drained and cleaned after every checkout. • Cabin entry is accessed via electronic keypad. Due to cleaning needs, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. You may check-in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement in order to maintain reservation once booked. A few key points of the agreement are: • Only 6 humans allowed. • No parties. A deputy is on resort property and will evict renters in violation of this or other house rules. • No pets and no exceptions to this policy. • No smoking/vaping of any kind. • Resort quiet hours are 10:00pm-9:00am. TV is bring your own streaming login. No cable, dish, etc. provided. Many streaming services offer a free trial period for new accounts if you don't currently have one. • No RV or Trailer parking. • Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal for the grill. • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/amenity issues (hot tub, pool, arcade, etc.)/other things beyond our control. • Additional cleaning or damage repair needed following checkout due to guest's behavior will be charged. •Must be 21 or older to rent. • Policy violations will result in fees and immediate removal from the property with no refund.No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
