2. NO Smoking Indoors
*Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors. There is a tin can on the creekside for ash where you can also dispose of cigarette butts. Wildfires are a HUGE issue and the pine needles out back are fuel for a wildfire - please do not throw butts anywhere but the ash can
3. Parties and Social Gatherings
*Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are not allowed
4. Noise
*Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 6 am as a courtesy to the neighbors.
5. Trash
*Please leave your trash in the trash bins by the garage entrance in the fenced area on the road side
*Trash MUST be kept in the cans behind the fenced area and NOT in the ASH can on the creekside. Bears will get into anything that is not behind the fence and trash is a huge attraction for bears.

*Please pickup your pet waste from the yard with the bags provided by the front door - in the drawer under the lamp

50% payment upon booking, Full payment due 30 days before stay
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit will be returned within 7 days, but owner cannot be responsible for any time delays from the processing platform. Any deductions from the security deposit will be disclosed (typically via text messaging) with guest before deducted.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund (except any platform non-refundable fees) before 30 days of check-in. 50% refund from 15-30 days. No refund within 15 days. Please purchase trip insurance for any unforeseeable issues.

Please contact us to confirm availability and approval of booking. No reservations are confirmed without acknowledgment and confirmation from owners, complete rental agreement, copy of front and back of drivers license, and 50% of rental fee (100% rental fee within 30 days).
