Owned by a Hollywood acting dynasty, this regal, resort-style home with Spanish revival architecture has plenty of “Wow!” factor. Live the authentic outdoor California lifestyle with a private lighted tennis court, pool and jacuzzi. Countless celebrities have visited this iconic home over the years. One of the most famous photos of Farrah Fawcett was taken here. The home is located on beautiful Magnolia Boulevard, in a quiet, residential enclave of celebrity estates.

Each of the additional two guest rooms offers two queen beds (extra floor mattresses can be provided for these bedrooms upon request.) Both of these bedrooms have large closets and tasteful touches- a spanish style cowhide rug, and vintage tennis equipment artfully displayed as wall decor. Both of the guest bathrooms are decorated in colorful Spanish tile. One has a walk-in shower, the other a tub/shower combo.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
This private resort-style backyard offers a lighted tennis court, heated pool, and steaming hot jacuzzi. Relax poolside on a teak wood lounge chair and listen to palm fronds rustling in the California breeze. Perfect your tennis game in the off season. Unwind in the refreshing turquoise swimming pool. Take coffee and breakfast in the shaded courtyard. Use your time at our iconic estate to renew and recharge - it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the very best of Los Angeles.
Pool heating is an extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100. The pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to get to the desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi heating is Free and takes about 30 mins-1 hour depending on the temperature outside.
Please note, this house sleeps up to 16 people MAX. The SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT BREAKDOWN: 1 bedroom with 1 King Bed + 2 Bedrooms with 2 queen beds (10 people total) + 6 Floor Mattresses (6 people total).

- Noiseaware: Our property is equipped with a Noiseaware system that alerts us if the noise level reaches a certain threshold(to prevent party level noise). This device does not record video or audio, it only notifies us of the noise level if it gets to party level. You dont have to worry about normal get togethers or light music inside, that wont trigger it. Its solely to prevent noise complaints as Los Angeles county is very strict with that.
- Pool Maintenance: Due to the natural surroundings of our pool area, leaves and twigs may gather in the water and surrounding areas when windy. We do have pool servicing on a weekly basis, but if its not our servicing day, feel free to use the pool net to clean out any leaves or twigs.
- Serving Utensils: We have enough utensils to serve 16 guests.
- Towel Changes: We do not provide hotel amenities, but we do supply one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest for the duration of the stay. We also have washing and drying machines that youre welcome to use.
- How many cars can we park in the garage or parking area? You can fit 2 cars in the driveway behind the gate. Theres also room for about 3-5 cars out front and street parking is available as well, be sure to check the street signs so you dont get towed or ticketed. Please do not park inside our garage.

Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.
We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape.
Pool service is every Friday.
Garden service takes place every Wednesday.
