This stunning two level condo is within walking distance to the Village of Baytowne Wharf located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Freshly painted and new updates-this Magnolia Bay offers a front row view to the 8th hole on the Baytowne golf course, a stunning pool deck for your enjoyment as well as beach access. Take the 6 seater golf cart to the village, beach, tennis, pickleball, marina, & more.

On the first level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The living area also located on the first level contains plenty of seating for you, family, or friends. The half bath will be found downstairs for your convivence. Our favorite first level feature is the open patio with a view of the 8th hole of the Baytowne golf course for your enjoyment.

All three spacious bedrooms can be found on the second level. That master suite, that also includes golf course views, contains a king bed, HDTV, closet, sitting area and connected master bath. The master bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity sink. In the first guest room you will find a queen bed, closest, and an HDTV. The second guest room has full over full bunks, closet, and tv. The upstairs spacious guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Tennis, golf, and pickleball are offered on the resort. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A.

A valid drivers license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
