A sun-filled, airy studio apartment for 3 people, in the heart of Argentière, which is an ideal base for a couple or family to explore the stunning Chamonix valley during the spring and summer months.
On the first floor of a small residence, this simple, yet elegant, studio is full of light, thanks to the large sliding glass doors at the far end of the living room, which lead out onto a balcony. The balcony looks out over a small square and the tree-covered slopes beyond and has two chairs where guests can relax with an aperitif. The stripped pine floors, throughout the living area, give the room a calm and modern ambience. There is a sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table opposite a dining table which seats 3 people in comfort. An attractive bamboo and fabric screen adds some privacy to the sleeping area by the French windows.
At the other end of the living area the immaculate, brand-new, fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and kettle. The extensive shared garden, behind the residence, also has a pretty swimming pool for bathing in the summer months.
Sleeping
There is a double bed next to the French windows, as well as ample wardrobe space.
Plus the sofa in the main living area converts into a comfortable single bed.
Bathroom
An ultra-modern bathroom, with classic white tiling, it has a shower, basin and W.C.

Location
The apartment is close to Argentière railway station (a 3-minute walk) and just a 12-minute walk from the cable car for Les Grands Montets, which takes visitors high up into the mountains. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. For self-catering options, there is a weekly farmers’ market every Sunday morning in Place du Village (a 2-minute walk). There are also supermarkets for groceries and a boulangerie just 6 minutes away.
The Chamonix valley is an exciting holiday destination all year round. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, tennis, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. For more family fun there is the adventure park, Domaine des Planards (18 minutes drive) in Chamonix. Geneva airport is a 1-hour and 20-minute drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix on the Mont Blanc Express. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of July 2024 to the 30th of August 2024
