Escape the cold temperatures this winter to the pristine, sugar white sands of Panama City Beach! With comfortable temperatures in the 60s/70s along with the low beach crowds, you will find yourselves completely relaxed and rejuvenated from the cozy comfort of this perfect beachfront getaway. The soothing waves of the Gulf of Mexico are all right outside your private balcony. Our newly updated and tastefully decorated 1/1 beachfront condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-size bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room.

Wake-up to the sounds of the Gulf on the private balcony while sipping your freshly brewed coffee from our fully stocked coffee station complete with coffee pods, flavored syrups, creamers, as well as a variety of sugars and sweeteners. Grab pickle ball paddles and balls from our owner’s storage to play a match on the newly reconstructed court. Feel free to bring your favorite racket if you prefer a game of tennis. The resort has shuffleboard equipment available to sign out for use on the newly resurfaced shuffleboard court.

Looking for some quality beach time? We have 2 backpack beach chairs, plenty of sand toys and a small cooler in our owners storage for your use as well. You can conveniently fill the cooler with ice from the resorts ice vending machine on the ground level by the clubhouse which happens to be less expensive than a bag of ice from Walmart. And leave your beach towels at home! We offer 4 for your use at the beach or one of the 3 pools so you can save room in your luggage for all those PCB souvenirs! The west pool is heated throughout the off season for your enjoyment and each of the resort’s 3 private beach gates is equipped with a mobility mat for beach accessibility for all to enjoy!

The resort also has a well-equipped fitness room with everything you’ll need to maintain your workout routine including a treadmill, exercise bike, recumbent bike, multi-station weight machine, free weights, yoga mats and resistance bands.

Head over to famous Pineapple Willy’s right next door with our souvenir cups from our condo for discounted drink refills. Sunbird even has a convenient private gate by the west pool for easy access! In the morning you can walk over to Parlor Doughnuts for their famous flaky gourmet “cro-nuts”, a cross between a croissant and doughnut. They are incredible!

Other places of interest in walking distance include Walmart, Signal Hill Golf, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, Wonderworks and Coconut Creek Family Amusement.
