In a quiet, yet central location, this stylish ground-floor apartment gives guests the best of both worlds, just 700m from the beach, but only 150m from the shops. It is the ideal base for a holiday that is both fun and relaxing in the upmarket resort of Porto San Paolo, on Sardinia’s stunning east coast.
The apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort and is perfect for a family holiday. The open-plan living area has a sofa, flatscreen TV and large glass doors leading out onto the covered terrace with a table and chairs, for dining al fresco. The terrace also includes a corner sofa, which makes a relaxing spot for enjoying the garden or reading a book.
Back inside, there is another dining table for 4 people and a kitchenette. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, making self-catering a breeze.

Bedroom 1: There is an airy bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and glass doors that lead directly onto the garden.
Bedroom 2: A cosy bedroom with a bunk bed.

Porto San Paolo is a picturesque resort, known for its pristine white sand and turquoise sea. It is part of the Mesara Marine Protected Area so is not overdeveloped, yet it has everything you need for a relaxing and fun holiday, whether you want to lie on the beach or enjoy a wide selection of water sports.
The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. Boats leave regularly from Porto San Paolo’s marina.
Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes).
Olbia airport, is just a 20-minute drive. Airconditioning daily charges to be paid on spot: EUR 10
