In this 400m2 finca with plenty of Ibiza hacienda character, youll experience the pure natural beauty and generosity of Ibiza. Its a composition of natural stone, olive, and sabina wood, built in the classic Moorish style, interspersed with modern minimalist elements.

The elevated pool area, with a Balinese house, offers breathtaking views of the valley and the sea. On the property, youll find various oases to relax, furnished with teakwood furniture. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view amidst orchards and Mediterranean plants.

In the main finca, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large sala that combines the living area and kitchen with satellite TV and stereo. An annex with a bedroom and the casita are located directly next to the main finca, each with en-suite bathrooms and private access. The guesthouse is situated about 80 meters away from the hacienda, nestled among vineyards and a vegetable garden, fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom.

Santa Gertrudis, with its charming restaurants and shops, as well as San Lorenzo, home to the renowned La Paloma, are just a short drive away.

Despite the seclusion from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can reach the popular spots of Ibiza in just a few minutes by car!
