Remodeled end unit condo, top/2nd floor close to everything! Located steps from the Galagator/Main St to Mountains walking/biking trail, the condo has modern updates, furnishings and a deck overlooking a creek. Loads of natural light and very well appointed. There’s a smart tv in the living room and a Chromecast in the master to stream. Strong WiFi. 10/30 min bike/walk to downtown (1.25 mi), 5 min walk to MSU & Museum of the Rockies. Cafe, restaurants and fitness studios across the street.
Modern and bright! The 2 bed/2bath with loft 2nd story condo is accessed by an exterior, uncovered staircase. There is a shovel provided for removing the snow from the stairs should you be lucky enough to witness one of Bozemans fantastic snow storms.
The 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are all on the entry level. There is a loft accessed by a ladder/staircase. Both bathrooms come equipped with a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower and a hairdryer in the vanity for your convenience.
While there is an abundance of natural light in every room, black out window blinds are installed throughout the home. There is no A/C but if windows are kept closed on the occasional hot day and opened during the cool evenings, this tends to keep the unit pleasant. We call it Montana A/C...lol... and its what most of us use here:)
Main Level: Open Concept Living Area and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room. Open concept space with loads of natural light and incredible floor to ceiling windows looking to the parklike setting with a creek out back where deer and birds are typically seen daily year-round.
The kitchen has been tastefully updated and includes everything you need to cook - Pots, pans, blender, bakeware... you name it. Spices and cooking oil are not provided although there is a cupboard that usually collects quite the array that you are welcome to use. The dining table seats 6. There is a Roku Tv for you to sign in to your streaming channels. There is also a small back deck for the cool summer evenings.
Master Bedroom and Bathroom: Located on the main level with King size memory foam super comfy bed, full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual vanity sinks. There is also a door to the back deck and lots of natural light. You can also find a doggy bed for your fur baby in the closet.
Guest Bedroom: Located on the main level with Queen size memory foam super comfy bed and lots of natural light. The bedroom is adjacent to the guest bathroom for easy access.
Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom Located on the main level with a Shower/Tub combo.
Loft: Accessed by a carpeted somewhat steep ladder/staircase. Please use with caution and use at your own risk. This is a large approx 300 sq ft space naturally divided in half by the staircase. There are 2 twin beds on one side of the loft and a desk with 24 monitor on the other. Kids often love playing up there and there are some books for your enjoyment, as well.
Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided).

Guests are welcome to check in anytime after 4 pm using the lockbox on the front door. Lockbox code is 6321
102 Hoffman Dr #10 is in the Two Creeks Condo complex. Two Creeks is a 6 unit maroon colored building. Unit #10 is at the end of the walkway, upstairs and easily identified by the bright green flower pots on the deck and wreath on the front door.
Free parking in uncovered spaces in complex, if available. You may also park in the carport labeled "10" (condo unit is #10). "10" is the first carport on your left as you enter the complex. Do NOT park in any other carport as these are designated to the other condo units and you will be towed at your own expense. There's also always plenty of free street parking.

- Put key in lockbox. A missing key will result in a $100 Fine.No smokingNo parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, Checkout is 10:00 AM. A $100/hour late fee will be assessed for any portion of an hour anyone is in the property past 10:00 AM without prior written approval from Host. We will try to accommodate early checkin/late checkout as best as possible but, please know it isn't always possible and will depend on the cleaner's schedule for that day. The more advance notice we get, the better your chances of being accommodated!

Refundable Damage Deposit
This is a 100% refundable deposit if property is left in reasonable condition. Any repairs for damage beyond reasonable wear and tear (including damage to real property or any items on or in or pertaining to the property commonly known as 102 Hoffman Dr #10) will be deducted from the security deposit. There is a 14 day resolution period from the date of checkout.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Pet friendly means dogs and cats are allowed and have been present in home. Other pets by permission only.
