Welcome to the beach vacation youve been longing for. 😎🩴 FlipFlop Nation has everything you need to kick back and relax in comfort and style. Inside, youll find an open and airy living space with plenty of seating, three comfy bedrooms to sleep everyone in your group, and a full-size well-stocked kitchen to help you take care of your crews needs from coffee to night-cap. Outside is an expansive patio area with abundant outdoor seating, exceptional outdoor cooking and dining space, and a wonderfully cozy upper deck that beckons you to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets throughout your stay. Be sure to pack the sunscreen and bug spray to get the most out of your trip to the beach! Whatever adventure you choose during your stay, FlipFlop Nation is ideally situated; a quick 4-minute walk to the beach, just a mile away from The Big Store, and within a couple of miles of all of the great eateries that Crystal Beach has to offer. An outdoor shower with hot water is available - please rinse off all sand before heading inside.
Guests are welcome to use streaming services on the smart TVs by logging into their accounts on the installed apps.
One Queen-size air mattress is available for guest use if needed.
Furry travel companions are welcome to stay with you during your stay. Please note, service animals must be disclosed prior to arrival as described in the rental agreement.

Linens: Kitchen and bathroom towels are provided and standard beds are made for your arrival. Extra sheets and pillows are provided in closets for guests to make non-standard beds, if desired. Beach towels are provided for use during your stay.
Consumables: We provide several items to get you started, but if theres something you know you will need thats not on this list, you can either bring those items with you or find them at The Big Store on Hwy 87 in the heart of Crystal Beach.
2 rolls of paper towels, 4 standard kitchen trash bags
3 dishwasher tabs, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 dish sponge
4 laundry tabs, 4 dryer sheets
3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 full set of travel amenities per bathroom

Parking: There is free parking for 4-6 vehicles. All guest vehicles must park fully off the street without parking in the grass or in neighbors driveways. Trailers, boats, campers, and RVs are not permitted per subdivision HOA restrictions.
Security cameras: There are several security cameras are installed on the upper deck and ground levels of the home.
Lift: This home is equipped with a lift, however, due to insurance and liability restrictions it is not available for use during your stay.
WiFi: Many of our systems throughout the home operated on wifi, including the security system, so its important that the wifi remain active throughout your stay. Any attempt to disable the wifi, or disable, redirect, or obscure any of the cameras is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in early termination of the booking without refund of any amount.
