Step inside to discover an inviting retreat, recently renovated and fully furnished with a rustic atmosphere, including an electric fireplace to create a cozy ambiance for your mountain getaway.
As you enter the main bedroom, you immediately notice how the room overlooks the creek and has private access to the back deck. There is a king bed, a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a walk-in closet with space to hang or store personal belongings and clothing.
With a fully stocked kitchen and a propane grill on the back deck, you are able to prepare delicious meals with ease.
Right off the kitchen, there is a utility room that includes a washer and dryer for your use. For the winter season, there are also racks on the wall to hang your skis or snowboards to let them dry out after a day on the slopes.
The living space makes for a relaxing place to curl up with a book, whether you bring your own or choose to read one from our bookshelf. There is also a Smart TV with streaming capabilities and the larger couch folds down into a futon for an additional sleeping area.
From there, you will find the spiral staircase that retreats up to the loft area, which has accommodations of two full size beds.

• You will receive a unique code for our smartlock keypad 24-48 hours prior to your reservation check-in time.
• Your access code will be active from 4:00 pm on your check-in day until 11:00 am on your check-out day. You can use it anytime to access the house when you come and go throughout your stay.
• To lock the front door anytime you leave, press the "lock" symbol and you will see a blue ?? checkmark to confirm that the door has locked.

- No more than 6 adult guests, with exceptions for young children.
- Please only park in the driveway. Parking on the lawn and street parking are not permitted at any time.
- *Max room for cars in the driveway in front of house is TWO cars. If there is a 3rd vehicle in your group, they must park in the additional driveway by the shed.
- Excessive damages caused by pets or by guests will be billed to the guest for repairs or replacements.
- No parties, large events, or illegal activities.
- No disruptive guests, please be respectful to our neighbors and the community.
- No smoking in the house or on the porches. Must be 10 feet from any entrances. Pick up any cigarette debris.
- Renters are prohibited from subleasing the property or using it to generate income.
- Please respect local noise ordinances with quiet hours being from 10pm-7am.
• There is not a dishwasher on the property. If you used dishes, we kindly ask you to please wash them prior to leaving to avoid additional cleaning costs. You may leave the cleaned dishes in the drying rack if they are still wet on your departure.
• Use caution on the spiral staircase and monitor young children when going up or down the stairs. Watch headspace at the top of the staircase due to angled A-frame/low ceiling in the loft.
• PARKING: When there is snow at the cabin, it is sometimes hard to see where the driveway ends and the yard begins. We ask that guests **please do not park on the lawn** as this damages our yard. The driveway in front of the house is large enough for 2 cars to comfortably park side by side. If you have a 3rd vehicle in your group, please have them park in the additional driveway in front of the shed, which is just to the right of the house.
Please help us keep our home pet-friendly.
