The home offers ensuite bedroom with a king bed, a work space, its own bathroom.

2nd bedroom has a bunk bed of two twin beds. Additional toddler floor mattress available for use.

3rd bedroom has one full bed and a crib. A second bathroom near these two bedrooms.

Dining room: A dining table for 6. Seating around the counter. One child booster seat.

Work space: A desk and a chair and a couch.

Living room: 2 couches and a changing table for your convenience.

For cooking meals: there are pots and pans, cooking oil and sauces, utensils, bowls and plates. Stove top and oven.

Water in the whole house is treated and purified by Costco water treatment system. In addition, a drinking system provides instant drinking water and hot water for making tea.

TV only available in en-suite bedroom. No TV in the living or family room.

Guests will enjoy the whole house with a private fenced backyard which has a large mature tree and small fruit trees. No BBQ sorry. A children’s play structure within fenced yard has to be cleaned by yourself prior to use since it is under a mature oak tree and is constantly collecting leaves and tree parts.

Also enjoy washer dryer in the attached garage and its own driveway for parking.

Garage other than the washer dryer is off limits and used for owner storage.

You may hear dog barks from neighbors. There are no dogs living in the house and the house and backyard is fully fenced. You may hear fireworks.
