Frances Lair is larger and has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, well-equipped kitchen with dining area and living room with two single beds and a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed in the evening. The equipment is nostalgic, in a rustic antique style, but restored to the last detail and adapted to the modern way of life. In the courtyard of the homestead you have a private covered terrace, where there are tables with benches where you can socialize, prepare grilled dishes, dine and enjoy good wine. For a delicious, healthy rustic breakfast that includes homemade ingredients from the homestead, arrange with the owner for morning delivery in front of the apartment - at an additional cost.

The property has a barn which has been transformed into a common area. The outside has an outdoor kitchen, large wodden table and benches and the indoors has a lounge area, billiards, table football and darts.
Take a short stroll to the artificial lake Kamešnica which is 500m away and you can also take a quick swimm! The surrounding area is well known for amazing wines so dont miss out is you are a wine lover.
