The House will be cleaned with a commitment to include COVID Measures for the safety of you and your guests as well as ours. We ask that all our guests remove their shoes when entering the house. indoor shoes and slippers are permitted.

Please abide by the garbage and recycling guidelines and separate garbage and recycling. Use only the large black garbage bags and white bags for recycling. Make sure all kitchen garbage bags and recycling are put into the respective bins just outside of the garage. Yellow lid is recycling and green is garbage. If the bins are full, please roll out to the road on Wednesdays and Saturdays for garbage and Saturdays as well for recycling. please ensure the lid opening faces the road and they are placed 3 feet apart on their respective dates.

Please ensure safety guidelines are followed when near water and if you are attending the Beaches. Be sure to check the flags by visiting the Okaloosa County website.

The property is equipped with a driveway camera, front door video doorbell, and interior garage camera facing the garage door. No interior cameras or backyard cameras are present for your privacy. The garage door access and alarm system can be used if needed, and we can offer you temporary codes if you would like. to close the garage door simply hit the enter button on the exterior keypad.

No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. Cigarette butts should be discarded appropriately. Please do not discard on property grounds to avoid fire hazards.

Please look after and clean up after your pets. we have two baby gates that can be used at the entrances to the kitchen and family room that can be used if needed.

No Parties allowed at all times for the consideration of neighbors

Weather: You are in Florida and are bound to come into inclimate conditions, so please be careful and check for weather alerts periodically.

Rainy days - we recognize there may be days when you need to stay in and have several board games located in the coffee table by lifting up the top lid. Children's Toys are located behind the couch on the right of the TV. Please ensure to return all property after use.

Beach Gear is all available for use, and we ask you to return everything to its designated spot.

Coffee and tea are available, and the fridge is equipped with filtered water. we recommend using the fridge or bottled water instead of tap water

Please be courteous and mindful of the neighbors at all times and respect the county's noise ordinances.
