ONLINE CHECK-IN This is a mandatory legal requirement (Royal Decree 933/2021) prior to guests' arrival at the accommodation. Once the reservation is confirmed and before the day of arrival, you will receive an email to complete the check-in required by current legislation to register travelers. Remember that even if you are the owner of the reservation, you must check-in for all guests. You can also share the link with the rest of the members of the reservation so that they can complete it themselves. Once check-in has been completed, the code and link to access the home will be sent. AUTOMATIC OPENING SYSTEM Once you successfully complete the online check-in and before the day of arrival at the accommodation, you will receive by SMS, WhatsApp or email a link to access to the building and apartment door. Save this link and have it available when you arrive at the door of the building. Once in front of the main door of the building, click on the link and you will be redirected to a window where you will have two buttons to open the doors. First of all, at the top you must accept geolocation, since for security, the user who wants to activate the automatic opening must be at least 150 m from the home. Once the location of your device has been accepted, press the button on the portal to activate the opening of the intercom that will give access to the hall of the building. Go up to the 11th floor, and when you are in front of door 01, within the same previous window press the second button that activates the automatic opening of the door. The automatic opening system through the link will be active for the duration of the reservation. Inside the house, behind the door, in the key box, you will have a set of apartment-portal keys in case you want to use them during your stay. Once you close the door both when entering and leaving during your stay, after 30 seconds the lock will close automatically. You can also close it manually with the key if you wish. From the inside you can open it by turning the knob or with the link, and from the outside with the key or with the link. At the end of your stay, please leave the keys inside the house, if possible in the key box behind the door.
