We require a "Safety and compliance security deposit hold" of $300cad. We'll send you the information on how to proceed. Failure in completing this step will result in being denied access to our place and you agree to forfeit your reservation fees. This security deposit hold will be released within 7 days after checkout if the house rules are followed. We reserve the right to collect the deposit by credit card hold, cash and/or e-transfer at our discretion. • A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. This is done virtually during pre check-in.



•Keep apartment clean. Excessive mess will result in forfeiture of deposit in whole or in part. Remove your shoes in the apartment.


•Shampoo, soap, detergent, toilet paper etc, are available for the first few nights.


•We reserve the right to enter the apartment for security and/or maintenance.


•Apartment locks can auto lock if left unlocked for an extended period of time.


•The number of guests must match the number specified when booking. Extra guests will incur extra fees


•No smoking in the apartment. A $200 cleaning fee above the normal cleaning fee will be charged if the cleaning team smells smoke inside the unit.


-Air conditioning available from June to August


- The parking spot is included free of charge and not part of the reservation payment. We will not be held responsible if someone happens to be parked there illegally or should the spot not be available for any other reason out of our control.



-By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.


-We reserve the right to access all properties at all times, if necessary, for emergency repairs, important maintenance work and inspection.


-You agree no to hold us responsible nor liable for anything out of our control including but not limited to and agree not to request any compensation for:


Any noise, disturbance or inconvenience caused as a result of renovation/building/road works being carried out in the vicinity of the accommodation and or other guests.


Breakdown of mechanical equipment (heater, air conditioning etc..)


Delays not directly caused by us and anything else out of our control.


Terrace may not be accessible in the winter due to snow buildup.


- As restrictions unfold on a daily basis on COVID-19, it is your responsibility to inform yourself on the measures enforced and respect the measures. Please consult the Government of Quebec’s website. We only provide the accommodations and don’t police our guests during these circumstances. It is your responsibility to be informed.
