No Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, cigars, anything illegal, etc.)

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required upon booking, fully refundable within three days after your departure, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear or violations of the house rules. Please note that pets are permitted though it is expected that they are crated when in the home without the owners and any additional damage from pets (urination, damage to furnitures) will be taken out of the damage deposit. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited within the property. Any evidence of either will result in the full deposit being forfeited, plus additional cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may occur within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After 24 hours, a full refund will be issued if cancelled 30 days before arrival date. No refund will be issued if past the 30 day mark.

* Private pool can be heated to 90 degrees (noting that extreme low temps may hinder it sustaining that temp) for $30 per night.
