Both bedrooms have a hybrid window AC during the summer which gives you comfort on the rare hot night but still allows you to open the window to enjoy the fresh mountain air on cooler nights. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a very comfortable queen bed and a queen aerobed is also available for guests.

Outdoor spaces include a large deck with a duel fuel grill and a small smoker (propane is provided, guests are responsible for charcoal) and dining area, a dock with a full view of the lake with a seating area and a large umbrella with LED lighting so you can enjoy it day or night. The property comes with 5 person inflatable boat with life vests so you can get out on the lake. As well as a campfire pit with a bench for making smores to end the day.

The house is located in a gated community which seasonally offers 4 pools, a guarded beach, pedal boats, kayaks and canoes for use on the lake, mini golf, sports courts and various other amenities.
