Nice home located on a cul-de-sac making it safe for children to play. Cozy bedroom to stay in while youre visiting the Los Angeles Area. 35 minute drive to LAX and downtown L.A. Get to see museums and areas in L.A. with ease. Located near public transportation . Parking available on the street directly outside the home. Safe and secure with security cameras surrounding the property. There are dogs on the property, so they will bark. Please be ok to stay with dogs around.

Public transportation on the main streets. You can also Uber or Lyft. Park your own vehicle right outside the home on the street. Please do not park in front of my neighbors home, some of these people have businesses and use their parking for their vans or trucks.

We welcome all to come and stay with us in the comfort and beauty of our home. I generally DON'T rent my space to locals. So if you are local, please be prepared to explain why you would need to rent a space in the same city you live in, if you are a Los Angeles resident. Just being careful and safe, because I do have a 10-year old son to protect. I am severely allergic to cats. The ONLY PERSON allowed in my home is the person who has booked the property. No one else is allowed to accompany that person, even for a short visit. Please ask your guest to wait for you outside the home. There is NO PHOTO taking or RECORDING allowed on my property. I am an actor and I DO NOT ALLOW photos to be taken of anything or anyone in my property. EVER. The only recording devices are my security cameras which are strategically placed in shared spaces throughout the home. These camera's are there to protect homeowner from liability. There are no camera's in private spaces such as bedrooms or bathrooms. If you need a late checkout, please communicate that in a timely manner to homeowner. If you stay past your check out time, you will be charged another day automatically. You must have a valid working phone number. You must have a valid ID and photo of you Covid Vaccination showing that you are fully vaccinated. I must have a copy of both before checking in. VIOLATION OF ANY OF MY HOUSE RULES WILL BE CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATELY TERMINATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. ANY AND ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL ADHERE TO MY AIRBNB CANCELLATION POLICY. It has come to ALL HOST attention that there are customers who are now booking with us and after a stay, they do a "CHARGEBACK" to their credit cards to get their money back after staying in our homes. Be warned that we are aware of customers who are using this as a way to get a refund. It is UNETHICAL and FRAUD.
